Townhomes for Sale in Toronto and the GTA (September 2018 Market Update)

Sale prices are up yet again for the month of September. But what does it really mean for you?

Today I’d like to talk to you about different home prices across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Currently, the average prices for a detached home in Toronto will cost you $1.3 Million. If that price is a little out of your reach, there are other options.

For a buyer looking for their first home, or a seller looking to downsize, I would look at the option of freehold townhomes across the GTA.

Detached
Toronto = $1.3 Million

Freehold townhomes
Toronto = $920,000
York Region = $756,000
Peel Region = $623,000
Durham = $521,000

If you have any questions about your options or price points across the city, please free to leave a comment below.
