Before we begin touring homes, we will work together to understand your needs and wants from a home, your price range, the areas that you like, and your general timeline.

We can use this time to prioritize the things that are important to you, such as home features, proximity to schools and local amenities.

This will also be a good opportunity for me to walk you through the entire home buying process and answer any questions or concerns that you may have.

Research your best options

How do you know which property and neighbourhood is the right one for you?

Don’t worry, before we start viewing properties, I spend a lot of time researching options based on our needs and wants discussion to eliminate listings that won’t work and highlight the ones that are perfect for you.

Evaluate homes based on knowledge and experience

Many listings that we will view will appear to be the perfect home for you because the sellers have done everything that they can to make their property attractive to buyers.

It’s my job to use my training and experience to look past the presentation to be able to identify issues with the home that need to be addressed or evaluate the home’s general features against your needs and wants.

Negotiate for your best interests

Negotiating your offer to purchase is more than just getting you the right price. I’m also making sure that you we have the right conditions in the offer to protect you, that we clear option the home contents that will be included in the deal, and that you are getting your desired closing date.
