For sellers: professional photography, full MLS exposure, showing coordination. For buyers: active MLS monitoring, honest property assessments at every showing, and comparative market analyses for properties of interest.

Offer Strategy & Negotiation

For sellers: every incoming offer reviewed clause by clause (terms, conditions, closing date, deposit) with a clear recommendation on what to accept, counter, or decline. For buyers: offer built around your situation and market conditions, with every term structured to protect your interests.

Conditions & Due Diligence

Inspection coordination and attendance, inspection report in plain language, mortgage broker and lawyer coordination. The conditions period is time-sensitive and legally significant. This is where the contract expertise matters most.
